Actually explains why they didn't do a virtual interview with Joseph or Klint Kubiak. What a silly rule. This is the first year I can remember where there are a couple teams who made the playoffs that are searching for a new head coach. I'm sure the rule will be adjusted.

Nothing like the Steelers way of hiring a young first time HC that you want to stay for 15 or more years than going after a 62 year old retread. I feel pretty confident in saying this. It will not be Mike McCarthy.
