When china kicks 95% of US universities out of the top 50 and the author doesn't see that as a decline, I don't know what is. This tenored professor is really trying hard to reverse the Chump momentum of kicking Out Chinese professors for fear of spying. Or maybe he is a spy 🤣🤣🤣
