
I think they ought to go for Shula ....he has worked in so many positions as an assistant over 15 years, he's seen a lot of success with the Rams and Sean McVay, and i'd have to roll some dice in that connection between Shula's grandfather and Chuck Noll, having recommended Chuck to coach the Steelers decades ago..

I think of all the non-head coach, assistant coaches, Chris has the most experience working in the NF, and man, the lineage of football he comes from..Don Shula coached for 25 seasons for Miami...328 regular season wins as a coach, 19 playoff wins? I honestly don't think there's a better candidate. And all the other coaches on that list, if they don't get plucked up for other head coaching roles, maybe OC/DC?
