If the Steelers loved Flores THAT much... why didn't they push to keep him this past off season?
If Flores is THAT great of head coach... why didn't tons of other NFL teams offer him positions immediately?
Could it be that he's a better DC than HC?
Could it be that his contentious disposition rubs some players (and owners) the wrong way?
I don't doubt Flores' ABILITY to create effective defensive schemes. I do doubt his personality blending into our organizational model as a head coach / face of the franchise.
