Since the advent of the cup the team that wins has a huge letdown afterwards. Knicks are no different. It’s hard to rev up that early in the season and keep it going. Hopefully the Knicks pick it up soon. They should still get the #2 seed in the east. It’s a long season fellas

In reply to GaryRedSoxxWarriors. Yes, but people also get critical if he has poor performance in a meaningless game. He showed he can play and people still watched the game in 2nd half because of Kuminga.

Raptors have been surprisingly fun this year, thought Poetl's injury would hurt them but Barnes has really taken a jump and is leading the team well. Collin Murray Boyles looks like he could be useful but wouldn't hate bringing in Goga. Always thought he could start in the NBA. I hope Agbaji has saved his coin as he seems like the worst player on the raptors in their games that I've watched. Not sure he's getting another contract in the NBA.

In reply to NBA is OK. PS.. BLOWN OUT BY 20.., AT HOME. This isn’t a long eastern road trip and the Warriors were tired. Toronto’s on their West Coast swing and THEY did a little reclining. I went up on the bridge on the other side the 7 mile miles should be tired lol

In reply to Buying buckets. Yes, but he has the rest of the season to do that for the new team Besides, what’s another $23m? I think the new team will pick up the optuon on a 23 yr old player and take the risk.

Good on Nurk for having such a big year, that triple double against the Wolves was dominant. Really didn't think he had it in him but it looks like Utah suits him, thought the Jazz would be playing Filipowski ahead of him each game by now. Wouldn't be the worst idea to keep him around and wait and see how Kessler comes back from such a serious injury.

In reply to NBA is OK. With Kuminga playing it was a 20 point loss. How does it make sense that he could swing a win out of a 1 to 4 point game? JK was outstanding and they got BLOWN OUT by Toronto. What you’re writing here makes zero sense to me.

In reply to Giants74. What you need to understand is nobody is trading you a star. Not just for the 2030 pick. This trade turns Butler (dead money) and Kuminga (no value) into two good NBA talents with deals that end after next season. If you’re worried that this trade limits their ability to be competitive after 26/27, think about who can be brought in that summer after all the expiring money goes away.

“'He is progressing,' head coach Tiago Splitter said." Splitter is still interim while Chauncey Billups is in NBA purgatory. Hopefully that gambling mess gets resolved sometime before the end of the season.
