Verizon offering credits for customers affected by outages: How to get yours

Following the nationwide outages that affected thousands of customers yesterday, Verizon is offering account credits to its users.

“Yesterday, we did not meet the standard of excellence our customers expect and that we expect of ourselves,” the company wrote in a news release.
