I am not against the idea of trading TJ. I am, however, not holding my breath thinking/hoping/praying that it'll happen. It's difficult to imagine who would want his massive contract.....let alone what any team might be willing to give up…

In reply to Fred. The Rooney Rule does apply to any minority. So it applies to Asian, Latino, & Polynesian heritage coaches. So a qualified coach of Chinese heritage should qualify as a minority under the Rooney Rule.

Assistant HC, Offensive and Defensive passing game coordinators at a minimum. Art can afford it. Not like 3 more position coaches would send a billionaire to the poor house.
