In 2015, he got in trouble for operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. His license was suspended for 150 days before being returned. This was shocking for people to hear. However, he is not currently facing charges for the boy’s death.

The 12-year-old boy has been revealed as Brayden Callahan. He was getting off the school bus around 2:20 pm. This occurred in Rockland. However, after he got off the bus, he had to cross the street. The bus started going and ran him over. It has been revealed that the driver was not paying attention. Brayden was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
