Bears Hall of Famer Brian Urlacher to join ‘‘ManningCast’’ during Monday night game against Seahawks
Former Chicago Bear and Pro Football Hall of Fame Inductee Brian Urlacher chats on the sidelines before the Bears take on the Green Bay Packers in an NFC wild-card game at Soldier Field, Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026.

Hall of Fame linebacker Brian Urlacher will join ESPN’s ‘‘ManningCast’’ alternate broadcast of the Bears-Seahawks game Monday. He’s expected to join Peyton and Eli Manning in the second quarter.

Urlacher played his entire career for the Bears (2000-12) and made eight Pro Bowls. He was part of their only Super Bowl team since 1985 when he spearheaded their defense in 2006. That Bears team lost to Peyton Manning and the Colts in Super Bowl XLI.

Urlacher is the Bears’ all-time leader with 1,361 tackles and ranks 11th in franchise history with 41½ sacks and 22 interceptions.

The game will air on ESPN nationally and on WCIU locally, and the ‘‘ManningCast’’ is available on ESPN2 and the ESPN app.

ESPN didn’t have a ‘‘ManningCast’’ for the Bears-Eagles ‘‘Monday Night Football’’ game last month.

The ‘‘ManningCast’’ featured actor Bill Murray for the 2025 season opener between the Bears and Vikings and former President Barack Obama for a 2022 Bears game against the Patriots.
