New England Patriots starting left guard Ben Brown left Sunday’s game with a right knee injury. He was then quickly ruled out.

Brown was rolled up on in the fourth quarter following a Drake Maye scramble. He stayed down in pain and needed help from Mike Vrabel and the training staff to stand up and make his way to the sideline.

After spending time in the blue medical tent he departed to the locker room.

With Brown out, Walter Rouse took over at left guard. Rouse was the Patriots last remaining backup lineman on the game day roster as Caleb Lomu and Matt Pryor already entered the game for the injured Morgan Moses and Alijah Vera-Tucker.

Moses (ankle) and Vera-Tucker (hamstring) were previously ruled out.
