Wawa or Sheetz? In the latest round of the convenience store rivalry, neither side gets bragging rights.
Wawa and cross-state rival Sheetz are officially tied when it comes to customer satisfaction, according to the annual American Customer Satisfaction Index Convenience Store Study.
Both chains scored 80 out of 100 and both slipped two points from last year. For Wawa fans, that’s a change from just two years ago, when the chain held the top spot among convenience stores.
So who gets the crown now? That honor goes to Midwest chain Meijer, which ranks No. 1.
For Wawa and Sheetz, meanwhile, this round of the rivalry ends in a draw.
