A school bus overturned in a crash that happened in Newtown Township on Wednesday morning.
At about 8 a.m., NBC10’s SkyForce 10 captured footage of crews working at the scene in Newtown Township, at the intersection of Boot Road and West Chester Pike, following the early morning crash on Wednesday.
Traffic could be seen stopped along the roadway as workers moved vehicles impacted by this incident off the roadway.
The bus appeared to be part of the Marple Newtown School District and, at the roadside, a damaged sedan could be seen near the bus.
However, officials did not immediately detail how this crash occurred, nor did they say if anyone was injured in this crash.
Officials also did not immediately say if any students were on the bus when the crash occurred.
But, it appeared that some children could be seen talking to first responders in the area near the crash as crews worked to clear the roadway.
NBC10 is working to learn more.
