Over 80 Recruits Scheduled For White Out Visit
As of Tuesday morning, at least 80 recruits are scheduled to visit Beaver Stadium for Saturday night’s White Out game against USC:
Several blue chip prospects are scheduled to attend. The White Out game is always the most important recruiting weekend during the football season, as potential players see what is normally a lively atmosphere at Beaver Stadium. What was supposed to be a key Big Ten matchup in prime time now feels like a must-win game for Penn State to save the season. The same appears to be the case on the recruiting front. Matt Campbell and his staff need a big weekend to turn the recruiting ship around with time starting to wind down on the 2027 cycle.
Walk-on Stevie Smith Commits To Penn State
2027 Pennsylvania safety Stephen “Stevie” Smith has committed to Penn State:
Smith has played for four seasons at Malvern Prep. He did visit Penn State for the Wisconsin game.
Penn State Offers Justice Day
Penn State has offered 2028 North Carolina three-star defensive lineman Justice Day:
Day has made a singular visit to Wake Forest so far, though it is very early in the cycle. His other power conference offers include Florida, Ole Miss, Georgia, Miami, Virginia Tech, UNC, and NC State. It seems likely that Day will make a visit to Penn State in the near future.
2027 Running Back Names Penn State In Top Three
2027 three-star Ohio running back Jordan Hall has narrowed his list to three teams, including Penn State:
Hall is the No. 68 running back in the 2027 class. Almost all signs point to him committing to Ohio State, but there is clearly still some interest in Penn State. Hall visited Penn State for the Wisconsin game on September 26.
