Most all educated, informed and caring Aurora Citizens know exactly what has occurred at City Council meetings the past few years as to do with "Public Invited to be Heard". It has been taken over by local socialists, activists, money mongers and political want-to-bes'. They have gone so far as talk during the meetings on other items just so they can be seen again and again during one meeting not to mention the ones that stay for the "new" end of the meeting session.
There-in is the reality. It has now become a plot to interrupt the meetings as much as possible. Alison Coombs understands and leads this political program as Mayor Pro Tem. I only see a poor future for this Council. The voters have given you, shall I say, a stacked deck.
On another idea is it makes sense only to have Council reports at the end of the meeting. With all the time wasted by the agitators, the end is when you might have a rebuttal. Or keep it at three minutes, (which I believe is not proper), at the beginning and shorten the meeting.
