A small group of protesters blocked the 676 off ramp to 22nd Street and the Ben Franklin Parkway on Monday night.
NBC10’s camera from the Comcast building was able to get a view just after 7 p.m. of the protesters, who were holding a sign that reads “Make Philly Affordable.”
The protesters were along 22nd Street, making it impossible to travel to the Ben Franklin Parkway from the westbound side of the Vine Street Expressway.
The protesters have since been removed from the roadway and traffic has resumed.
