*The first day of training camp is officially in the books for the Flyers, and boy was it ever good to get back into the swing of things. We also got a bit of news right off the bat as we got rolling, with the Flyers adding 11 more players to their training camp roster. [BSH]
*Before we get too deep into all of this, if you find yourself in need, here’s a rundown on all of the forwards on that roster. [BSH]

*Anyway, with camp an even shorter affair this season, it’s even more important than ever to show up in shape and ready to hit the ground running. [Inquirer]
*There were quite a few standouts through these first on-ice sessions, but Matvei Michkov did really well to rise towards the top of that group, really impressing across the board. [BSH]
*We know that we can’t exactly look at the lines from Day 1 as being gospel but like… what do we think these first looks can tell us? [BSH]
*The Flyers have things moving in the right direction here, but the work isn’t anywhere near close to being done. [PHLY]
