This article from Yahoo! has some updates on three Duke targets.

First, Lewis Uvwo. As we saw at Peach Jam, while his offensive game needs work, Uvwo, with a 7-7 wingspan, has immense defensive potential. He averaged 6 blocks per game in North Augusta, and while yes, those player are still in high school, that’s hugely impressive. And of course, it doesn’t count the shots he altered. He would fit Jon Scheyer’s defensive scheme perfectly.

Duke is also looking at 6-7 Draydne McDaniel (class of 2029). We don’t know much about him yet, but clearly he’s turning some heads.

Finally, there’s some news about AJ Williams, who has cut his list down to ten. Aside from Duke, he’s still considering Georgia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State, Arkansas, BYU, Auburn, and Illinois.

Georgia and Georgia Tech are home-state schools for Williams, but it’s been a while since the Yellow Jackets have been in a conversation for a top-rated recruit.
