PORTLAND — Norway Savings Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Scamman as commercial loan officer VP. Scamman’s most recent role was as commercial lending relationship manager at another Maine-based bank. She has extensive experience in loan servicing, credit and cash flow analysis and relationship development.
“Jessica has managed a wide-ranging portfolio of commercial clients and has over 20 years of experience in originating and structuring business, commercial, and residential loans,” said Rick Flagg, senior commercial banking officer EVP at NSB. “We’re thrilled that she is joining our team and know she will flourish in building long-term client relationships and delivering customized, effective financing solutions.”
A longtime Saco resident, Scamman is also active in the community, including as a volunteer for Junior Achievement, the Rotary Club of Biddeford-Saco and the Maine Real Estate and Development Association.
