The Big Ten had big opportunities this weekend. Unfortunately for the confernce, they looked bad in a lot of big games. Ryan and I cover all of these in this edition of the Boiler Alert podcast.
Purdue of course was part of this big opportunity for the conference as Purdue was looking for their first power conference victory since FDR resided in the Oval Office. Someone might want to fact check me on that. It was a tough game, honestly a fun game, but ultimately Purdue fell in double overtime. It was a brutal way to lose having the victory in hand before the win was overturned via replay and then to lose the game just moments later.
