After winning two close games, the Nats have secured a series win against the Angels. This afternoon, they will be looking for the sweep and a chance to get to 70 wins on the season. The Nats have had trouble getting sweeps this season, but this is a prime opportunity.
There are a couple changes to the lineup this afternoon. Jose Tena gets his first start of the series at second base. Andres Chaparro will be back in the lineup over at third base. Yohandy Morales is also back in there at first. Dylan Crews is out of the lineup, which means the outfield consists of Daylen Lile, Jacob Young and James Wood. Riley Cornelio will be the opener in this one.
With a righty on the mound, the Angels are bringing back some of their left handed bats. Wade Meckler, Moises Ballesteros and Josh Lowe are all in the lineup today. Mike Trout will be the DH which means Jose Siri will be in center field. Former Oriole Grayson Rodriguez will be on the mound for the Halos.
