Haiti’s Electoral Council reshuffles leadership as election preparations face criticism

The rotation, approved Tuesday, Sept. 8, does not replace any of the CEP’s nine members. Instead, the councilors agreed to a new distribution of leadership positions within the bureau: Peterson Pierre-Louis as president, Jaccéus Joseph as vice president, Nemrod Sanon as secretary-general and Schnaïda Adély as treasurer.
