Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr today announced that his office has filed a formal accusation in Cobb County charging Roger L. Curry, 77, with Pandering and Sexual Battery. Curry, who is an attorney with Roger L. Curry, P.C. in Marietta, is alleged to have solicited sexual acts from a client.
