Pension denied to N.J. judge accused of hiding her boyfriend from police

A former Middlesex County Superior Court judge who was suspended after allegedly hiding her fugitive boyfriend from police will not receive her state pension.

The state pension board ruled on Nov. 12 that Carlia Brady forfeited her benefits following her indictment on official misconduct and hindering apprehension charges stemming from a 2013 incident in Woodbridge.
