Driver hits parked Pct. 4 patrol vehicle on North Beltway 8, injuring deputy, authorities say

According to constable deputies, a driver crashed into a patrol vehicle that was parked on the shoulder of the eastbound main lanes of the North Beltway at Veterans Memorial.
