Traffic back up at N.J. tunnels causing delays of 30-minutes or more into N.Y.

Disabled tractor trailers were reported in the express lane of the New Jersey Turnpike in Leonia and on the upper level of the George Washington Bridge in Manhattan, the latter blocking a center lane.
