$56m in subsidies over two years is "running it like a business"? I don't know any business that gets 28m a year in subsidies.
Government should sell 49% of the airline and contract to pay it bonuses for meeting KPIs. I wouldn't trust government to run a lemonade stand and here we are allowing it to run an airline.
