After nearly a month away, the (5-5) Kansas City Chiefs will return to GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in for a crucial Week 12 battle with the (8-2) Indianapolis Colts. The contest between the AFC’s most underachieving team and one of its top contenders will kick off at 12 p.m. Arrowhead time on CBS — locally on KCTV/5.
The Chiefs are coming off a 22-19 loss to the Denver Broncos that narrowed their chance at a 10th consecutive division title. The Colts are rested from a bye week, looking to finish strong in the final seven games, hoping to win the AF South for the first time since 2014.
If the Chiefs are unable to come back in the race for the AFC West, every win will be vital to the team’s chances of even making the playoffs. The team has already lost to four other AFC playoff contenders, weakening Kansas City’s potential tiebreakers for postseason seeding.
