I gotta say I really wish Rudolph had more talent. I know we all have to admit at this point he is not and never should be a long term starter for the Steelers, but he is a really easy guy to root for. Wish we could take the talent from a Deshaun Watson and give it to a guy like this

In reply to Fred. The Rooney Rule does apply to any minority. So it applies to Asian, Latino, & Polynesian heritage coaches. So a qualified coach of Chinese heritage should qualify as a minority under the Rooney Rule.
