The next time Pat McAfee returns to his hometown, he might be attending a wedding for strangers.
Even though Pittsburgh is home for McAfee, it’s also enemy terrify for the former Mountaineer. But on Saturday while back home with ESPN’s GameDay in the Steel City for Pitt’s matchup with Notre Dame – the Panthers were blown out 37-15, McAfee met some fellow WVU fans.
It’s not uncommon to see WVU fans in Pittsburgh, but these ones did something McAfee probably wasn’t expecting. They invited the media mogul to their wedding. An ESPN personality Katie Feeney even spoke to them briefly about their proposal to McAfee.
So the question now becomes, will McAfee show up and bring the party to their upcoming nuptials?
