‘Moicano vs. Paddy next’: Pros react to Renato Moicano’s dominant UFC Vegas 115 win

Renato Moicano might have his next opponent already lined up.

After making short work of the streaking Chris Duncan in Saturday’s UFC Vegas 115 main event, Moicano delivered another classic promo, assuring fans that he still plans to chase big fights and big money as long as he’s fighting. It was a vintage performance by Moicano, who looked sharp in Round 1 before turning on the jets in Round 2 and running through Duncan.

Duncan entered the contest on a four-fight win streak, but was no match for Moicano on the ground, especially after getting hurt on the feet, and it wasn’t long before he was forced to submit to his American Top Team training partner’s rear-naked choke.

With Moicano sure to book a fight sooner rather than later, former UFC welterweight champion suggested a matchup with Paddy Pimblett.

“Moicano vs. Paddy next,” Muhammad wrote on Twitter.

Moicano and Pimblett have had a longstanding beef and the time could be right for them to settle it inside the octagon.
