While the football operations, of course, is the primary function of NFL teams, there is so much more that goes into it in the big picture and a key, sometimes overlooked, aspect is community involvement.

The Raiders have long had a reputation for prioritizing community involvement. This week is a perfect example of that.

The franchise is partnering with Naqvi Injury Law to donate the official all-star uniforms and safety gear for the 2026 Inspire Flag Football All-Stars, continuing their Champions for Safety program, which helps youth and high school football programs across Southern Nevada with equipment to promote safety.

There was a presentation at the team’s Henderson, Nevada facility Thursday to kick off the donation.

Kudos, Raiders. Continue doing the good community work.
