Second-seeded Paramus Catholic, No. 13 in the NJ.com Top 20, used a dominant second half to down seventh-seeded Immaculata 63-31 in the Non-Public, Group B quarterfinals in Paramus.
Immaculata (9-2) took a 24-20 lead with 1:40 remaining in the first half following a 30-yard field goal from Mitch Carr. Paramus Catholic (4-6) answered with Anthony Lopez’s second touchdown grab of the half to take a 28-24 lead into the tunnel.
