Immigration and Customs Enforcement lodged a detainer against the U.K. citizen who was charged earlier this week in Gloucester County, a spokesperson for the federal agency said.
The detainer was filed with the West Deptford Police Department and Salem County Correctional Facility where George Linard, 24, is being held, according to the ICE spokesperson.
