Los Angeles Dodgers future Hall of Famer Clayton Kershaw called out the Houston Astros for winning the 2017 World Series after illegally sign stealing. The MLB later ran an investigation and noted that Houston cheated during both the 2017 Fall Classic (which also went seven games) and the 2018 campaign (where former Astros bench coach Alex Cora won the World Series as manager of the Boston Red Sox a few months after leaving Houston).
Kershaw brought light to it after LA won their second consecutive World Series title and third in six years.
In other news, Dodgers Nation came up with free agency contract predictions for LA’s free agents as the offseason can truly start to take shape. Dodgers fans will likely be celebrating this World Series well past Opening Day 2026, but there is some business to attend to regarding key Dodgers free agents.
