That's the Steelers way for the past decade or so. But at least he KNOWS offense, unlike dufus who isn't an expert on defense and had the bare minimum experience on the defensive side to become HC. Dufus does talk a good game and most likely one of the better interviewees out there but talk and motivation can only go so far, especially when other HC's can motivate as well or almost as well.
