What exactly is the point of giving draft picks to a team that had a black coach? He wasn't discriminated against, he just got another job. Is it assuming that no one hires back coaches? Or is it about virtue signaling with no rationale behind it. Are we supposed to assume blacks are inferior and teams have to be forced to hire them? Are the draft picks a reward for owners choosing someone they dont really want? It's pathetic.
