Newsletter platform Substack launches streaming TV app

Nielsen has renewed its measurement agreement with local television broadcaster Gray Media for a few more years, the companies announced on Thursday.

AMC Networks says its Chief Financial Officer Patrick O'Connell will depart the company in March.

The arrangement shifts U.S. data control and operations domestically to address national security concerns.
