Seems to depend on your point of view... Nice to see that you are a Dormont fan. I grew up with a fair number of folks from Dormont--some attended Keystone Oaks H.S., too.

Hockey doesn't quite take up the same space as football, I'd assay. May not cost quite as much to build a practice facility for a NHL team as a NFL team. Analogies can be fraught with peril. Sticks and stones, Go Steelers.
But then... why not Robinson Township, for a Steelers practice facility? If money is no object, and the appropriate folk that would be involved be willing to put up with ungodly traffic?
