Kentucky Football is making a strong push for class of 2027 interior offensive lineman Brady Hull, who visited campus on Saturday for Junior Day.
Hull, a 6-foot-1, 285-pound lineman out of Pulaski County, is ranked as the No. 9 overall recruit in the state of Kentucky for his class. Following the visit, the Wildcats appear to be in a prime position to land the in-state standout.
On3’s Steve Wiltfong logged a 60 RPM, meaning he is 60% confident that Hull will eventually commit to Kentucky.
The relationship between Hull and new head coach Will Stein has been building. Back in December, Stein sent Hull a personalized video message that Hull later shared publicly.
“You know the best Christmas gift for me is gonna be getting Kentucky football back to where it needs to be,” Stein said in the video. “And it takes people like you in the state of Kentucky to stay home and get this thing rolling.”
That message clearly resonated. Hull’s Junior Day visit went well, giving him more time with Stein and the new staff while getting a closer look at the program’s direction.
Still, the recruitment is far from over. Hull has upcoming visits scheduled to Tennessee, South Carolina, and Auburn, and those trips could shake things up. Even with momentum on Kentucky’s side, nothing is guaranteed.
For now, though, the Wildcats have done what they needed to do by making a strong impression and putting themselves in position to keep the state’s top prospect right at home.
