70-year-old pedestrian hit, killed in eastern Jefferson County

A 70-year-old pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle while walking on an eastern Jefferson County roadway.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Jonah Ray McCay. He lived in Pinson.
