Apartment rents fall to early 2022 levels in metro Denver

Consumer prices rose 2.8% in November from a year earlier, the Commerce Department said Thursday.

It was the largest industrial lease in the Denver metro area in the fourth quarter of 2025, according to real estate brokerage CBRE.

Summit Communities bought both the Highline Lofts at 456 S. Ironton St. and Arboreta Apartments at 2038 S. Vaughn Way in 2022.
