Flight chaos as 'Ryanair of long haul' leaves passengers with no food for six hours... and 'confiscates' 300 passports

Tourists trying to return to the UK from Thailand with no frills carrier Norse say they were asked to pay for food and drink while sat on the tarmac for six hours, with one calling it 'the flight from hell'.
