A 8-8 team with old and retiring players is what he got. The same team that barely snuck into the Playoffs as the 6th seed to win the Super Bowl the year before. If they wouldve lost one more game after week 13 they wouldve missed the Playoffs altogether that year so stop kidding yourself. Tomlin turned that team around and won another Championship with it.
