Howard to me is big strong QB with some mobility. Have to see him play games before any real discussion on what he potentially can become. Allar with all his issue does have a big time arm. If he is there at 2 after the WR, I consider him, Simpson just hasn't played enough games and very few QB's coming out have success with that few games.
