Police in Fort Lauderdale are searching for a child who was caught on camera killing a duck.
Video released by the Fort Lauderdale Police Department on Wednesday shows the child chasing the duck and killing in back on Jan. 18 in the 300 block of Southwest 8th Avenue.
Police said their Animal Cruelty Unit is working to identify the child and asking for the public’s assistance.
A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest, police said.
