Top qb come into the league and change franchises. If you got to build an entire team up before you get a qb , then that qb likely isn’t the guy you want.
You don’t pass on what you think is a franchise qb because you are missing a few pieces . This is absurd !!
I’d like to hear this argument from him next year if they got a top ten pick . It’s easy to say when there’s no franchise qb available in sight
