The Miami Dolphins have a new general manager, Jon-Eric Sullivan, and head coach, Jeff Hafley, in place and the hope is that these two can lead the Dolphins back to the promised land. This is not going to be an easy fix with the state of the team currently. They are going to have to take their lumps in year 1 as they transition this football team into their desired vision. Sullivan has already stated he wants to build through the draft, just like they did with the Green Bay Packers. The hope here is that with the same vision in mind between the GM and coach, the Dolphins can build a winning football team again.
