Whoever the raiders pick, he needs to have a set of balls and yell who's really operating this goat rope team to back off and let me pick the coaches, and let run and make decisions I see fit.

In reply to Vincent LoMonaco. I completely agree with this. We need a big-picture head coach who will grow with the whole team, not be hired to coach a specific player or room. That's the job of coordinators. And we don't need fighting…
