If you haven’t yet changed him, then this time around, you can use one of his Panathinaikos teammates to compensate for the missing contribution of Kendrick Nunn to your EuroLeague fantasy team.
Cedi Osman might be the answer you are looking for with a 12.3 credits cost and a 13.4 PIR per game.
Since his return from injury, in seven games played, he only once had less than 10 PIR – in the home defeat to Milan – and his average for this span is even better at 14.2 PIR per contest.
Against Bayern, he registered a 16 PIR. Considering that the game against Baskonia is expected to be a high-scoring affair, he is a safe choice.
Getting the right center
However, Osman is not the only option that you have. There are currently three big men who are very cheap for what they can offer.
- David McCormack with 7.5 credits. Since coach Svetislav Pesic took over, he has a 13.2 PIR in the last five games, while his overall average is 5.6 PIR.
- Kevarius Hayes with 8.6 credits: The Monaco center has taken off in the last six games with a 14.8 PIR, while his overall average is just 8.1.
- Eugene Omoruyi with 9.7 credits: The Canadian center from Baskonia arrived a few weeks ago and has already made his presence felt, with 15.4 PIR in his last five games.
