I'm just not sure I buy the idea that a leader has to be super charismatic. Pete Carroll and Antonio Pierce were charismatic. Was Bill Walsh? Belichick? Soon Shula? The Shanahans? Charisma is nice, but I'd much rather work for someone who is genuine, authentic, caring and puts me in position to succeed than someone who can win a press conference.
